Best of Both Worlds

Okay, after sleeping on it, I woke up thinking, "How can we have the best of both worlds?" How can we enjoy the grandkids yet live in a place we really like? So, I thought about downsizing A LOT for a while...say a few years and see if we can find a cute home in Ojai, CA reasonably priced. (It has the artsy things we're looking for. We'd get to see Ezra and Zoe more frequently. And, it's a location with good re-sale and we think it always will be.)

Then, we would move (or buy a second home in Colorado). We still love snow and the mountains and would be able to see Sara and Zach more often, too! This is definitely doable!
