Just About Done

Well, the long awaited appraisal on our Centreville house is done and there is no problem! We haven't seen what it appraised for yet but it either equals or exceeds the price of the house! Yay! So, the buyers are finalizing their loan and we should have some paperwork by next Tuesday lifting the financing contingency. That's the last piece!

We may move up the closing to April 14th if the bank and buyer agree. Otherwise, we'll close on April 15th! Hard to believe we'll be out of here in less than a month! We still have a lot of work to do in this house and the new house. Just moving out and getting set up again is going to be quite a challenge!
